Arrigo Misciattelli Bernardini was born and raised in Orvieto, where his family has lived for centuries. He knows every nuance of the territory, its artisans, traditions, and authentic Italian values, as well as the intricacies of local bureaucracy.

Ellen, an Italian-American with long careers in technology and luxury travel, understands the expectations of international homeowners and guides them with warmth, professionalism, and cultural fluency.

Ellen and Arrigo renovated and restored an 11,000 sq foot historic palazzo which is now a showpiece of beauty and workmanship.
